This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic direction and HR thought leadership across all levels of the organization.

• Deliver timely coaching and developmental feedback to managers and employees, both proactively and in response to employee relations challenges.

• Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, including those in Learning & Development, Compensation, and Operations, to shape the design and execution of people programs.

• Provide analytical insights and reporting solutions tailored to business requirements.

• Collaborate with the business on various manager development initiatives.

• Assist the business in areas such as compensation reviews, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design, among others.

• Act as the main HR Business Partner for commercial leaders and employees at all levels, including SVPs, VPs, and Directors, fostering trusted advisory relationships and aligning people strategy with commercial and revenue objectives.

• Partner with sales and commercial leadership to support, launch, and enhance sales initiatives and sales-oriented programs, such as incentive and commission plan implementations, sales onboarding, and performance enablement, in collaboration with Total Rewards and Sales Operations.

• Oversee organizational and workforce planning for a sizable commercial team, involving organizational design, headcount planning, and scaling both field-based and headquarters operations.

• Convert commercial and people data into actionable insights regarding retention, engagement, and performance within the sales organization, collaborating with leaders to implement these insights.

• Present HR updates and information during commercial team meetings, necessitating strong public speaking abilities and clear communication skills in front of large audiences.

• Mentor, guide, and collaborate with junior HR Business Partners supporting the commercial sector and JUUL Labs HR overall, aiding in their skill development and ensuring consistent HR assistance across the team.

• This position requires travel of approximately 10-20%, based on business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of strategic HR experience, including roles as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to make informed decisions.

• Experience in project management and change management, including independently driving programs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong foundational skills, including financial acumen.

• Adaptable and resilient; excels in a dynamic commercial environment and swiftly adjusts to evolving business needs and shifting priorities.

• At least 4 years of experience supporting a large commercial, sales, or revenue-oriented organization as an HR Business Partner.

• Proven success in forging strong, collaborative partnerships with senior leaders, including SVPs, VPs, and Directors, to align on people strategies and achieve shared business objectives.

• Direct experience in supporting sales initiatives and sales-focused programs (e.g., incentive and commission plans, sales onboarding, quota and territory planning, or sales enablement).

• Strong business and commercial insight, with the ability to align HR strategies with revenue and go-to-market goals.
