πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a reliable HR consultant to client leadership teams, offering insights on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management strategies.

β€’ Examine intricate human resources issues and formulate practical, business-oriented solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

β€’ Guide clients in the creation, implementation, and management of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.

β€’ Oversee and evaluate adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as organizational policies and protocols.

β€’ Perform HR audits and assessments to pinpoint risks, ensure compliance, and suggest corrective measures and process enhancements.

β€’ Collaborate with client leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that foster business expansion and organizational efficiency.

β€’ Clarify and convey HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices to both leaders and employees.

β€’ Assess current HR processes and propose enhancements to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.

β€’ Create methodologies for gathering, analyzing, and reporting workforce data to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.

β€’ Manage and assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance challenges, and corrective action procedures.

β€’ Support organizational change initiatives and offer advice on change management strategies.

β€’ Design, create, and present training programs, workshops, and presentations on HR-related subjects.

β€’ Oversee special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely completion and attainment of project goals.

β€’ Establish and nurture strong client relationships through responsive service, proactive communication, and outstanding support.

β€’ Attend and engage in client meetings, conferences, professional development activities, and industry events as needed.

β€’ Carry out other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

β€’ A minimum of three years of professional-level experience in human resources.

β€’ Preferred: Five or more years of professional-level experience in human resources.

β€’ Preferred: At least three years of experience with Paylocity Software.

β€’ Must possess a current Certified Human Resources Professional credential or be able to obtain one within 12 months of hire.
