This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert customer source system data into the Premier Ingest Data Specification for integration into the Databricks warehouse.
• Facilitate comprehensive analytics functionalities within the Premier product suite.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams, data architects, and business stakeholders to comprehend customer data and prepare the warehouse for analytics applications.
• Act as a reliable advisor and subject matter expert on source-system, healthcare, and organizational/entity-management data.
• Gather necessary data elements, establish precise mappings, secure member approval, and document data flows along with implementation details.
• Advise customers on data-mapping assessments and problem resolution.
• Partner with Data Development and Product Management to finalize adapter constructions and manage the landing, storage, and warehousing of customer data.
• Examine raw source-system data, identify mapping constraints, and evaluate downstream ETL transformation logic.
• Spot opportunities for continuous improvement in data analysis, mapping processes, tools, and operational frameworks.
• Profile and analyze data alongside the Technical Account Manager to outline statements of work for new adapter initiatives.
• Relay mapping status, risks, and challenges to Technical Account Managers.
• Investigate and resolve intricate customer source-system data issues and propose solutions for data integrity challenges.
• Conduct quality assurance on custom transformation logic for PIDS ingestion by Premier products.
• Engage with customers and Premier team members to provide technical solutions and manage expectations.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Certification in EMR source systems.
• EPIC Certification is required.
• Proven proficiency in SQL queries.
• Experience in creating source-to-target data mappings.
• Outstanding problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to comprehend data workflows in configured clinical information and decision-support systems.
• Competence in completing clinical and technical tasks in collaboration with members.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with members.
• Awareness of current and emerging trends in healthcare analytics.
• Quick aptitude for learning new technical skills and source systems.
• Experience in at least one healthcare data domain, such as billing, claims, revenue cycle/patient accounting/accounts receivable, EHR clinical quality/population health, ancillary systems, or HIS/patient registration/scheduling/authorization.
• Preferred: Over 10 years of experience in EMR source-system data architecture.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
