This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify business opportunities, develop intricate strategies for account engagement, and execute Acadia’s strategic goals.

• Build, cultivate, and progress relationships with key influential Medical Experts.

• Possess a strong comprehension of the patient journey and care gaps to effectively educate on potential EHR interventions within Centers of Excellence and IDNs.

• Efficiently implement the medication transitions of care process within Hospitals, including discharge order sets.

• Understand P&T processes for designated IDNs and key institutions to assist in formulary access as necessary for implementing EHR interventions or medication transitions of care.

• Conduct IDN SPP Quarterly Business Reviews to advance projects, overcome access challenges, and identify future opportunities.

• Educate and actively engage Fellows and Residents to align on project development within Centers of Excellence, IDNs, or Health Systems.

• Achieve expected Brand and Access Objectives that contribute to market share growth while ensuring compliance with assigned targeted accounts.

• Document account information and competitive intelligence using available account management resources and tools.

• Create access and pull-through opportunities for the field sales organization within Centers of Excellence, resulting in enhanced compliance, market share, and profits.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, as well as US healthcare laws and regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, account management, or hospital sales.

• Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in CNS and Specialty Pharmacy.

• Experience with institutional and/or IDN/complex systems.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences for the Senior Health Systems Manager role.

• A minimum of 3 years in Institutional, IDN/complex health system management, or Regional Sales Manager with demonstrated National level leadership.

• Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to adhere to strict policies while working in a highly regulated environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM tools.

• Capability to operate independently with minimal support or guidance.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
