This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Acquire new clients and evaluate performance through leading indicators such as AIQLs and Salesforce Opportunities.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline by expanding or automating go-to-market strategies in areas such as lead generation, content marketing, and SEO.
• Oversee the structure of our signal-driven go-to-market engine.
• Create, develop, and manage agents and workflows.
• Utilize AI agents to detect signals that boost win rates and the volume of new client opportunities.
• Develop AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency or scale in marketing and sales.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical go-to-market or growth position.
• Practical experience with CRM and go-to-market tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Hubspot).
• Experience in building and managing automations that link systems (i.e., APIs, integrations).
• Bonus points for familiarity with a scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of go-to-market funnels, including lead/account scoring, routing, and sales metrics.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Previous experience in or comprehension of startups.
• Solid understanding of analytics and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Salary is determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
