Senior GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Lead the acquisition of new clients and track success through key metrics such as AIQLs and Salesforce Opportunities.

• Discover ways to enhance the sales pipeline by scaling or automating GTM engineering processes.

• Take ownership of the architecture for our signal-driven GTM engine.

• Design, develop, and oversee the agents and workflows involved.

• Utilize AI agents to pinpoint signals that boost our win rates and the number of new logo SFDC opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a technical GTM or growth-oriented position.

• Practical experience with CRM and GTM tools (such as Salesforce, Clay, Hubspot).

• Proven track record in building and managing automations that link systems (including APIs, integrations, and data pipelines).

• Fundamental knowledge of databases.

• Strong understanding of analytics and data analysis.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Preferred if you have experience with a scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
