Senior GTM Engineer – AI Marketing Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will design and manage AI-driven end-to-end workflows — ranging from ad creative generation to content orchestration and GTM automations — ensuring the entire team gains from these processes.

• You will create a central orchestration layer utilizing Claude Code and MCP, linking various skills and tools without necessitating that team members grasp the underlying architecture.

• You will seamlessly integrate our core platforms — including HubSpot, Asana, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clay, and others — directly into automated workflows, ensuring accurate and reliable data exchange between systems.

• You will set up structured feedback mechanisms so that performance data is continuously routed back into foundational files (brand voice, ICP, positioning), allowing the system to enhance with each iteration.

• You will assume responsibility for tangible deliverables from the outset: within the first 90 days, you will implement a complete ad creative workflow and a content orchestrator that the team can utilize without guidance.

• You will develop a structured roadmap for the team’s current AI initiatives — pinpointing what can be scaled, what proves ineffective, and what should be prioritized for future development.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess verified experience in constructing AI workflows and automation infrastructure — and can showcase what has been successfully deployed to production.

• You are knowledgeable about Claude Code and MCP architecture and comprehend how agent structures and platform APIs interact.

• You have practical experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads) — not only as a user but with a robust understanding of campaign structure, tracking, and creative logic.

• You are operationally skilled in HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, email) and can utilize it as both a data source and a target in automations.

• You understand GTM context: you know what an MQL is, how content workflows function within marketing teams, and why data integrity is essential for outbound efforts.

• You are capable of producing or orchestrating ad creatives and visual assets using AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI).

• You can configure webhooks, invoke REST APIs, and set up MCP servers — feeling comfortable working in the terminal.

• You take initiative without the need for weekly escalations, prioritize tasks independently, and communicate obstacles early and clearly.

• You have negotiation-level fluency in German and professional-level proficiency in English — both written and spoken.
