Senior GTM Engineer, AI Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI-in-GTM strategy and roadmap.

• Lead the decision-making process regarding build vs. buy at the portfolio level.

• Establish governance for AI solutions within GTM.

• Design and deliver reusable GTM infrastructure.

• Manage AI pilots from proof of concept to full-scale adoption.

• Promote AI enablement and adoption across the organization.

• Develop evaluation frameworks for production AI.

• Collaborate across functions without having direct authority.

• Represent the function to executive stakeholders.

• Mentor a growing team of builders.

• Remain actively involved in the design, development, and deployment of custom AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, GTM engineering, systems, or operations.

• At least 4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.

• Proven track record of managing AI or GTM strategy from start to finish.

• Experience in designing, building, and deploying AI agents and workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives that span Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

• Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks.

• Proficient in SQL, scripting (Python or JavaScript), API integrations, and webhook design.

• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems.

• A hypothesis-driven operator with structured pilot experience.

• An exceptional communicator capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to empower others to embrace change.
