This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• We are seeking an individual to operate at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Artificial Intelligence, assisting in transforming how we generate pipeline and identify business opportunities.
• You will be responsible for structuring, optimizing, and automating processes that link market intelligence, data, outbound & inbound prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Your work will have a direct impact on the operational efficiency of the sales team and the quality of the opportunities generated.
• We are looking for someone who combines a strategic vision for B2B demand generation with a strong execution capability, utilizing automation, AI agents, and market tools to scale results.
• Experience in Operations, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, Data Analytics, or similar roles;
• Experience in B2B SaaS companies;
• Background in Marketing and demand generation operations;
• Practical knowledge of the sales funnel, ICP, account segmentation, and pipeline generation;
• Experience with automation tools, building workflows, and no-code/low-code solutions;
• Familiarity with platforms like n8n, Zapier, or similar;
• Experience with generative AI applications, including the use of LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques;
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
