This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the enablement strategy covering discovery, demos, and deal execution.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and processes that empower managers to effectively coach on essential sales skills.
• Enhance how representatives conduct discovery, articulate value, and navigate deals.
• Utilize tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and AI-driven workflows to gain insights into sales behaviors and performance trends.
• Set clear success metrics and link enablement initiatives to pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment on messaging, processes, and priorities that influence Pre-Sales performance.
• 6–8 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 2 years in SaaS sales enablement; a background in selling, product marketing, sales management, and/or learning & development is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end enablement programs or sales initiatives that yield measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of the sales process, including discovery, demos, and deal strategies.
• Capability to convert business challenges into structured, scalable solutions.
• Comfort with GTM metrics and utilizing data to guide decisions and assess success.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and foster alignment across teams and levels.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and operate with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Mindtickle, and Guru.
• Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment (HR tech experience is an added advantage).
