This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and implement foundational GTM models, such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) forecasting, Marketing and Sales Attribution, and Propensity models.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to design and evaluate controlled experiments across multiple channels, including website A/B testing, pricing trials, and assessment of marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct proactive, in-depth analytical investigations to uncover hidden user behaviors and the underlying causes of variations in GTM metrics, converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Assist in interpreting Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) outcomes to optimize marketing ROI and evaluate the potential for future in-house modeling efforts.
• Establish, implement, and manage a cohesive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework that aligns GTM initiatives with overarching business objectives.
• Convert intricate statistical results and model outputs into engaging business narratives for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity, dependable instrumentation, and the creation of reusable predictive assets such as model feature stores.
• Offer technical direction to colleagues and stakeholders regarding best practices in data exploration, ML modeling, and causal methodologies.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics.
• A demonstrated history of utilizing predictive modeling and experimentation to achieve measurable business results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in developing and validating production-ready models for business applications (LTV, Attribution, Propensity).
• Hands-on experience with Causal Inference techniques, including Quasi-Experimentation, Matching Methods (PSM), and Difference-in-Differences.
• Expertise in statistical techniques for A/B testing, encompassing sample size calculations, sequential testing, and variance reduction strategies.
• Advanced skills in Python or R (particularly Scikit-Learn, pandas, numpy) and expert-level SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with tools such as dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake is a significant advantage.
• Experience in the SaaS sector with a strong emphasis on supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success data requirements is highly desirable.
• Competitive salary (For individuals located in Poland, the salary range is 24,000 to 29,000 PLN gross per month).
