This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership and manage cross-workstream coordination, dependencies, and critical path throughout the entire programme lifecycle.
• Define, manage, and continuously enhance programme-level documentation, governance, and reporting to facilitate decision-making and assurance.
• Deliver clear, insight-driven executive reports to senior client and Valtech leadership, emphasizing risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Oversee programme assurance, including regular health evaluations and proactive interventions.
• Shape and implement new initiatives and opportunities within the engagement.
• Identify and promote enhancements to delivery models, team structures, and operational methods.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex delivery, commercial, or stakeholder challenges.
• Ensure that delivery outcomes are in alignment with strategic client objectives and long-term account goals.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex Data & AI programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams, teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale programmes or portfolios, including scope, budget, risk, and value realization.
• Established experience in project budget management.
• Exhibits commercial acumen, including the management of programme financials, forecasting, and margin and efficiency optimization.
• Assists in opportunity shaping alongside Client Partners, translating vague briefs into structured programmes and delivery strategies.
• Substantial experience in delivery assurance: evaluating programme health, identifying risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and implementing corrective measures.
• Demonstrated ability to design and refine programme governance, operating models, and team structures.
• Experience in utilizing data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Comfortable influencing across various disciplines, markets, and seniority levels.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level.
