Senior GTM AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases within Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, collaborating with Revenue Operations to align initiatives with business priorities aimed at enhancing field productivity, conversion rates, and customer outcomes.

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agentic solutions throughout the GTM tech stack, integrating AI into essential processes such as pipeline inspection, lead prioritization, deal coaching, and customer engagement.

• Build and scale layers of automation and intelligence over Salesforce and the wider GTM stack, utilizing LLMs and modern AI tools to transform manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

• Integrate AI into platform design by closely collaborating with Systems & Architecture, ensuring alignment with data models, governance standards, and long-term architectural goals.

• Utilize GTM data to generate AI-driven insights and workflows, guaranteeing high-quality inputs and outputs for effective decision-making.

• Stay at the forefront of AI and GTM technology trends by swiftly evaluating, testing, and scaling new tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles within B2B SaaS.

• Strong practical experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce and contemporary GTM tech stacks.

• Strong technical capabilities (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations, data workflows).

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions in business environments.

• Solid understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations.

• Capability to convert business challenges into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable functioning as a senior individual contributor.
