This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the agency's CRM ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ensure robust data hygiene, effective segmentation, and visibility across the pipeline
• Create and manage dashboards linked to growth KPIs
• Implement workflows for lead scoring, outreach, and tracking the pipeline
• Collaborate in the design and execution of targeted outbound campaigns
• Supervise messaging, testing, and performance enhancement
• Guarantee that campaigns are driven by data and continually improving
• Partner with the pitch team and collaborators to develop the process from narrative to delivery
• Enhance storytelling, structure, and differentiation in RFP responses
• Ensure that materials are strategically sharp, polished, and delivered efficiently
• Assist in transforming SME input into engaging and compelling presentations
• Work closely with PR to amplify announcements, thought leadership, and agency milestones
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster consistent social engagement and visibility across platforms
• Contribute to growth-related marketing initiatives, including conferences and sponsorships, ensuring effective coordination of pre- and post-event outreach and follow-up
• Develop materials and programs aimed at increasing agency awareness and generating pipeline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth, business development, or agency new business
• Self-motivated individual
• Proven track record in building and scaling pipeline and revenue growth systems
• Extensive experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong grasp of marketing automation, segmentation, and outbound strategy
• Experience in leading RFPs and pitching processes
• Excellent strategic thinking accompanied by hands-on execution skills
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities
• High proficiency in presentation technologies such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Prezi, and Pitch, with a focus on clean, compelling executive-level presentation design
• Proven ability to utilize emerging technologies and AI tools/agents (e.g., Claude, automation platforms) to enhance efficiency and output
