Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the processes related to client-facing reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery.

• Serve as a liaison between the Growth, Finance, and Data teams.

• Generate high-quality ad hoc analyses catering to both client-facing and internal requirements.

• Discover opportunities to standardize and optimize reporting workflows.

• Ensure that all insights are precise, actionable, and ready for decision-making.

• Analyze client data to aid in deal pricing, renewals, and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance to apply and refine pricing models.

• Assess client-level profitability and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Assist in negotiation strategies with clear, data-driven recommendations.

• Estimate market size across various clients, geographic regions, and business lines.

• Enhance and implement deal scoring and prioritization frameworks.

• Support Growth leadership in identifying investment opportunities and rationale.

• Assess pipeline performance to boost conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

• Conduct focused research to guide strategic growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, encompassing modeling and data analysis.

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to structure ambiguous issues.

• Experience working with complex or imperfect datasets to derive insights.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
