• Take ownership of and enhance the processes for client-facing reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison among Growth, Finance, and Data teams.
• Generate high-quality ad hoc analyses to meet both client-facing and internal requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardize and optimize reporting workflows.
• Ensure that all insights provided are precise, actionable, and ready for decision-making.
• Analyze client data to assist with deal pricing, renewals, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance to apply and refine pricing models.
• Assess client-level profitability and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Aid in negotiation strategies by providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Estimate market size across various clients, geographies, and business lines.
• Enhance and operationalize deal scoring and prioritization frameworks.
• Assist Growth leadership in determining investment opportunities and their rationale.
• Analyze pipeline performance to boost conversion rates throughout the funnel.
• Conduct targeted research to guide strategic growth initiatives.
• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly in modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous challenges.
• Experience working with complex or imperfect datasets to derive insights.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
