This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the paid strategy and performance for our two brands.
• Develop audience strategy, targeting architecture, and budget allocation with a Paid Ads Manager executing within the framework you establish.
• Enhance efficiency through improved ICP-based audience segmentation, exclusion logic, and ongoing optimization.
• Implement a structured test-and-learn approach: testing message variants, offers, audience experiments, and applying your findings.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Content team on messaging inputs and creative strategy to ensure that paid creative and landing page copy align with brand positioning and ICP-validated messaging.
• Oversee the web and conversion function through your direct report: Web & Conversion Manager.
• Define the strategic direction for CRO across our website, with your manager executing within that framework.
• Ensure proper web tracking setup and integration with paid reporting for accurate attribution.
• Manage chatbot conversion rates and leads routed to the pipeline.
• Build and oversee AI-enabled marketing workflows and campaign automation that enhance team efficiency and scalability, including AI agents where relevant.
• Analyze and optimize performance across your channels and regularly provide performance insights back to the team.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition within a B2B SaaS company; you have owned channel performance and pipeline metrics, not just executed campaigns.
• You have managed paid programs with genuine budget responsibility, possess a clear understanding of effective targeting, and have either built it from the ground up or rectified it when necessary.
• Experience in managing or influencing web conversion strategies; you comprehend the connection between paid and landing page performance.
• Comfortable in a player-coach role: managing two direct reports while remaining hands-on yourself.
• You think in systems: automation, workflows, experimentation, and build solutions that improve over time.
• You leverage data for decision-making and communicate insights effectively to sales and cross-functional partners.
• Actively use AI tools to enhance speed and efficiency; this is integral to our operations, not just a bonus.
