Senior Group Product Manager, Advertiser Optimization – Ads Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a top-tier team of Product Managers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Establish and advocate for the long-term vision of advertising products; convert complex advertiser requirements into a cohesive and impactful roadmap.

• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that achieve measurable success for advertisers.

• Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee the comprehensive execution of features within the product suite.

• Develop engaging product narratives and provide strategic updates to a variety of stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.

• Remain at the cutting edge of ad tech advancements, identifying new opportunities to ensure Reddit Ads stays ahead of the competition.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in Ads Quality or developing Advertiser-facing products.

• Demonstrated success as a seasoned people manager with an emphasis on talent development.

• A proven history of crafting product visions that lead to measurable business growth.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to transform complex data into actionable product insights.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of aligning cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
