Senior GRC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• The Senior GRC Analyst serves as a strategic leader to enhance security and risk operations.

• Integrate personnel, policies, and technology to foster operational excellence and mature the framework.

• Identify security vulnerabilities, apply best practices, and advance the control environment to remain proactive against evolving regulatory and threat landscapes.

• Establish an AI-first compliance function.

• Take the initiative in identifying and deploying AI tools that enhance the scalability of the GRC program.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of focused experience in GRC, Information Security, or Audit, with a strong preference for FinTech or Financial Services industry experience.

• Extensive practical understanding of PCI DSS requirements and controls.

• Experience conducting Data Mapping exercises and maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).

• Demonstrated experience managing phishing platforms (such as KnowBe4, Mimecast, or Vanta-integrated tools) and creating security training curricula.

• Proven track record in managing formal access review cycles and identity governance processes.

• Proven experience in administering a GRC platform, including automated evidence collection, control monitoring, and access review workflows. Direct experience with Vanta is a notable advantage.

• Familiarity with SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs), which include change management, logical access, computer operations controls, and segregation of duties (SoD).

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to enhance GRC workflows, automate reporting, or expedite evidence collection and analysis.
