This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform high-level marketing objectives and campaign briefs into innovative and impactful visual systems for significant product and marketing launches.
• Manage, enhance, and document Plume's brand identity system (including Figma libraries, templates, and style guides) to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual language across all platforms.
• Produce and implement high-impact motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video advertisements specifically tailored for both paid and organic channels.
• Rapidly iterate on creative assets utilizing A/B testing and performance analytics.
• Utilize past experience to design and streamline effective creative request, feedback, and delivery processes.
• Supervise the creative output from freelancers and internal teams, maintaining high visual standards, providing clear feedback, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with non-designer stakeholders across various departments to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a DTC brand, high-growth startup, or creative agency setting.
• Extensive proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other industry-standard graphic design tools.
• Intermediate skills in video editing and motion design (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), with a proven track record of creating motion ad assets and GIFs.
• Experience in constructing or maintaining scalable design systems and establishing organized creative request and feedback workflows.
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse creativity, talent, and experience with multi-channel (digital and print) marketing campaigns.
• A strong passion for and dedication to Plume’s mission of providing gender-affirming care and supporting the trans and gender non-conforming community.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, while receiving and integrating constructive feedback into design work.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• An eagerness to keep up with the latest design and marketing trends.
