Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Developing production-ready materials for both print and digital mediums, including packaging, brochures, welcome kits, retail POP materials, and kiosk collateral.

• Crafting marketing assets, campaign visuals, banners, and promotional items that effectively translate brand strategy into visual stories across digital platforms.

• Assisting in the design of marketing landing pages and digital initiatives alongside the web team, ensuring brand consistency across all digital interfaces.

• Utilizing AI-driven tools and visualization methods to swiftly explore and prototype packaging and product concepts.

• Creating visual presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, design leaders, and other team members.

• Independently managing your workflow while delivering high-quality results without close oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in graphic design for both print and digital, with a proven track record in brand asset creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality work in both print and digital formats.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at an expert level.

• Familiarity with Figma.

• Comprehensive understanding of print production processes and vendor management.

• Knowledge of digital design principles, including responsive layouts, visual hierarchy, and marketing asset production.

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, or regulated sectors.

• Skills in motion design.

• Experience creating designs for paid social media ad formats.

• Familiarity with Webflow.

• Knowledge of analytics tools.
