Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Create and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets using Figma, ensuring visual consistency and precision across all product offerings.

• Develop digital product listing assets for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and DTC that promote conversions while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and product accuracy.

• Edit, color correct, and refresh product images in Photoshop, maintaining exact color accuracy and uniformity across all digital and retail materials.

• Organize and maintain all design files and resources within digital asset management systems (Canto, Dropbox, Figma), ensuring correct version control and easy accessibility.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging design tools, trends, and technologies, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI into the creative processes.

• Handle multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and requirements with the wider design team.

• Ensure precision and quality across all newly produced assets.

• Expertise in Figma design systems, including card templates, editing, and file organization.

• Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Consistently produces high-volume output with rapid turnaround times.

• Capability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

• Experience with shared asset libraries (Canto, Dropbox, or similar platforms).

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, including platforms like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, etc.

• Outstanding eye for typography, color accuracy, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Self-motivated work style with the ability to stay organized while working remotely.

• Entry-level to mid-level design experience.
