Senior Grant Management Specialist – All Genders

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of key funding mechanisms and their application procedures across Europe, North America, and Asia.

• Proactively enhance Evotec's global network of funders while collaborating directly with funding organizations.

• Identify, assess, and inform senior staff about innovative grant opportunities.

• Actively assist Evotec researchers in crafting competitive application submissions.

• Take a prominent role in the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of grant management processes and protocols.

• Work collaboratively and efficiently across teams at Evotec locations in Europe and the USA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in natural or medical sciences.

• Several years of experience in grant management, demonstrating a solid track record in supporting and advising on funding applications.

• Proven success in collaborating with various funding organizations.

• Proficient in writing grant applications in English.

• Dynamic, resilient, and positive attitude, even under pressure.

• Self-driven and capable of inspiring others.

• An agile, forward-thinking individual who is comfortable with change and can navigate ambiguity.

• Ability to effectively network across Evotec’s locations and build strong professional relationships throughout the organization.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Eagerness to grow within the role and advance in seniority.

• Proficiency in German, Italian, or French is a plus.
