Senior Golang Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage backend-focused systems utilizing Golang in a microservices framework.

• Construct and enhance APIs and backend services deployed on AWS and Docker.

• Utilize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data platforms such as Snowflake.

• Contribute to frontend development utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Implement engineering best practices encompassing clean code, testing, security, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with business, design, and product teams to convert complex challenges into technical solutions.

• Engage in Agile development processes, taking ownership from design through to deployment.

• Assist in CI/CD processes and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development using Golang.

• Proven experience in designing scalable APIs and backend services.

• Practical experience with SQL databases, including Postgres and Snowflake.

• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

• Proficient in writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, and optimizing database performance.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Experience in building applications within a microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
