Senior Golang Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance software solutions.

• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Promote technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and ongoing improvement.

• Participate in architectural discussions and assist in shaping the long-term technical strategy.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues within distributed systems and cloud environments.

• Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Consistently enhance development processes, tools, and systems for improved efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software development experience, primarily focused on backend development.

• Strong expertise in Go, with experience in one or more additional programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with key-value stores such as Redis or DynamoDB.

• Practical experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and microservices-based architectures.

• Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and API development.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing methodologies.

• Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• A passion for problem-solving, technical excellence, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to work independently in a distributed, remote-first team.

• Bonus: Familiarity with frontend frameworks or full-stack development.
