📋 Description

• Create detailed business cases for new product initiatives, lifecycle investments, distribution growth, and OEM partnership prospects, encompassing revenue, margin, and ROI analysis.

• Develop and sustain multi-year financial forecasts that reflect market conditions, pricing strategies, channel margins, OEM transfer pricing, and scenario sensitivity analysis; collaborate with the Finance team to ensure alignment with AOP/LRP and accountability for revenue and margin objectives.

• Execute structured market segmentation including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis; evaluate competitive positioning; formulate distinctive positioning strategies rooted in clinical value, workflow efficiency, and economic returns.

• Examine regional performance metrics, distributor effectiveness, pricing elasticity, installed base trends, and OEM performance to enhance market coverage and guide contract and lifecycle planning.

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle strategies for assays from initial concept to commercialization and maturity; devise data-driven launch strategies that include revenue ramp models, channel rollout plans, inventory management, and milestone tracking.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to facilitate compliant and scalable product launches.

• Monitor post-launch performance against projections, identify root causes of revenue or margin discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.

• Formulate and execute a global distribution strategy and OEM partnership framework, encompassing partner identification, negotiation assistance, evaluation of agreement structures (pricing, volume commitments, IP considerations, supply continuity), and KPI oversight (revenue growth, margin contribution, inventory turnover, service levels).


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10+ years of proven success in diagnostic Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Leadership, or Channel Management.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in laboratory medicine is required, with transfusion medicine being preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to create robust financial models and multi-year forecasts; strong comprehension of P&L drivers including manufacturing economics, transfer pricing, and channel margin frameworks.

• Data-driven decision-making skills; proficiency in interpreting intricate commercial and operational datasets.

• Strong prioritization and project management abilities in matrixed global settings; adept at managing complexities across global distribution and OEM supply structures.

• Effective communicator with the capacity to influence senior commercial and operational stakeholders; possesses executive presence and can deliver succinct, insight-driven presentations.

• High ethical standards that align with corporate governance expectations; collaborative leadership approach.
