This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the pricing strategy for Employer Solutions to enhance revenue growth, retention, and profitability in collaboration with Finance, Product, and GTM Leadership.
• Examine market data and integrate customer feedback to identify value drivers and competitive positioning, adjusting strategies to align with changing market needs.
• Convert intricate pricing models into straightforward, marketable structures, collaborating with Product Marketing to lead both internal training and external communications regarding pricing.
• Work alongside operational teams to ensure the pricing strategy is scalable, providing advice on quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and downstream operational workflows.
• Act as a key thought partner for Sales and Customer Success leadership, offering expert insights on deal structuring for both prospective and renewing employers.
• Efficiently manage deadlines and set clear expectations regarding timelines with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant quantitative fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or Healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in forecasting, data analysis, and creating financial models to support business decisions, with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Outstanding communication abilities with the skill to simplify complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clients.
• Capability to address unstructured and undefined challenges, taking initiative and driving goals to achieve desired results.
• Experience in navigating cross-functional priorities among Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams.
• A proactive self-starter who can swiftly transition between high-level strategy and detailed modeling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables with competing timelines in a dynamic setting.
