Senior Global Operations Manager

• Enhance operational effectiveness by refining systems and setting clear expectations.

• Create appropriately scaled guidelines and frameworks for portfolios spanning multiple countries.

• Set up planning cycles and ensure transparency into project status by utilizing data.

• Promote the use of new processes, tools, and frameworks across various teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in operations, portfolio management, or execution roles within intricate, project-oriented environments.

• Proven ability to develop or enhance operating systems in growing organizations — adept at navigating environments where systems are still in development and the role may evolve.

• Strong analytical capabilities; skilled at defining, analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging performance metrics to guide decision-making.

• Expertise in programming AI automation to enhance quality and efficiency in responsibilities.

• Experience in designing operating systems that work effectively across various geographies, partner frameworks, and funding scenarios.

• Background in climate, infrastructure, international development, impact investing, or rapidly growing multi-region organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with operating at a portfolio or business-unit level within complex, multi-stakeholder, project-based settings is preferred.

• Demonstrated history of driving cross-functional initiatives from uncertainty to successful implementation.

• High sense of ownership, low ego, and strong commitment to follow-through.

• Knowledge of carbon markets is a plus but not mandatory.
