Senior Global Financial Systems Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the global finance application ecosystem by managing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise finance systems to ensure their stability, performance, and scalability, especially during peak reporting periods.

• Supervise daily operations for Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle FCC and PBC, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Optimize financial processes by facilitating system improvements, resolving intricate issues, and developing dependable integrations that minimize manual work and operational risks.

• Collaborate closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to provide effective system solutions that align with business needs.

• Play a vital role in finance technology implementations and transformation projects as an essential team member, aiding in system rollouts, upgrades, and process enhancements.

• Monitor, maintain, and support Finance production systems, with a particular focus on Oracle Fusion Financials and OIC integrations.

• Design, test, deploy, and sustain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, encompassing REST/SOAP API integrations, FBDI-based integrations, scheduled orchestration flows, and file-based processes.

• Diagnose complex system and integration challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and offer crisis management assistance as needed.

• Configure components of Oracle Fusion Financials, including UI pages, flexfields, validation rules, workflow configurations, and custom fields to fulfill business needs.

• Work together with Finance and IT teams to discover opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and the optimization of comprehensive financial workflows.

• Provide functional and integration support for interconnected Finance applications, including Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, and Longview.

• Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies related to Finance applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 3-5 years of experience with Oracle ERP/EPM (specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials).

• 5-10 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications (ideally finance applications), such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Minimum of 5 years in managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications (preferably finance applications) like Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP services, FBDI, orchestration, mapping, and connectivity agents.

• Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of supporting projects and collaborating with team members to meet deliverables.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
