This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, assess, and oversee global compensation initiatives, policies, and frameworks that are in line with the Total Rewards strategy.
• Establish and uphold governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure uniformity and adherence across various regions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to facilitate execution while maintaining Center of Excellence (CoE) ownership of program design and decision-making frameworks.
• Contribute to the formulation of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture.
• Lead global benchmarking and market analysis utilizing Radford and other relevant resources.
• Ensure that programs demonstrate external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Monitor changes in regulations, including pay transparency and local compliance obligations.
• Develop and sustain enterprise-level compensation models, including merit cycles, bonus funding, and workforce planning.
• Oversee the design and implementation of global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) from a CoE perspective.
• Foster continuous enhancement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards.
• Proven experience within a Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model.
• Strong understanding of global compensation practices across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with Radford or similar market data sources.
• Advanced skills in Excel and modeling are essential.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (e.g., UKG, HRSoft).
