This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding processes for customers and partners involved with new and existing Geonexus deployments, from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.
• Conduct technical and functional workshops with customers, partners, and teams from GIS, IT, and operations.
• Set up integrations between ArcGIS and various enterprise systems including SAP, Maximo, Oracle, CIS, OMS, ADMS, and similar platforms.
• Provide support for both customer-led implementations and those led by partners.
• Assist customers and partners during testing, cutover, adoption, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Conduct training sessions for administrators and users for both customers and implementation partners.
• Counsel customers and partners on implementation strategies, configuration methods, and operational best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues related to APIs, authentication, networking, permissions, and connectivity.
• Evaluate data mappings, synchronization processes, and integration logic to address issues reported by customers.
• Examine performance, system behavior, and data quality challenges in production settings.
• Mentor and train members of the implementation and support teams.
• Assist in partner enablement and certification efforts as we expand our delivery ecosystem.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise software, GIS, or integration platforms.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, geodatabases, and web services.
• Proven experience in integrating ArcGIS with enterprise systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, CIS, OMS, ADMS, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot issues across APIs, REST services, authentication, and networking.
• A history of working directly with utility GIS, IT, or operations teams.
• Proficient in technical communication with both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Capability to manage multiple customer engagements at the same time.
• Base salary: $110,000–$145,000, depending on experience.
