Senior Generative AI Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide solutions that assist clients in identifying payment integrity challenges, lowering healthcare expenses, or enhancing healthcare outcomes.

• Collaborate within a team while being individually accountable for delivering project-related value.

• Adhere to established processes and practices to enable models to be integrated into the machine learning platform for production execution and performance monitoring.

• Create an exploratory data analysis methodology to confirm initial hypotheses related to potential AI/ML applications.

• Document methods, reasoning, and outcomes to promote effective collaboration.

• Prepare the final trained model and establish a validation test set for quality assurance.

• Collaborate with production operations to implement models and assist in performance monitoring.

• Engage in knowledge sharing and design sessions to enhance the machine learning platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, focusing on Advanced Statistics, Machine Learning, and AI.

• Proficiency with cutting-edge techniques in natural language processing, including transformers, fine-tuning LLMs, measuring/benchmarking, and deploying LLMs using tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, LLAMA/Mistral, OpenAI, and vector databases.

• Over 3 years of practical experience in data science/AI, utilizing standard machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, keras, nltk, and TensorFlow/PyTorch, and GPU.

• Experience in creating production-grade machine learning deployments on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with Apache Spark™ and handling large-scale distributed datasets.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm for collaboration, a learn-it-all attitude, and a drive to generate value through AI.
