Senior GenAI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Construct RAG pipelines and agentic workflows utilizing LangChain and LangGraph.

• Create knowledge base chatbots equipped with semantic search and conversation memory.

• Execute sophisticated retrieval techniques (Hybrid Search, HyDE, chunking).

• Design multi-agent frameworks (Agentic RAG, Self-RAG, Corrective RAG).

• Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT-4o, Llama, Mistral) through APIs and hosting platforms.

• Collaborate with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector).

• Develop solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, Agents, and Knowledge Bases.

• Establish evaluation (Ragas) and observability (LangSmith/Phoenix).

• Deploy AI services utilizing FastAPI, Docker, and OpenTelemetry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience with any cloud platform, preferably AWS.

• At least 3 years of experience in GenAI/LLM development.

• Minimum of 3 years in Python and AI backend development expertise.

• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

• Practical AWS experience (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).

• Knowledge of LLM evaluation, observability, and scalable deployment strategies.

• Preferred experience with Graph RAG or Human-in-the-Loop systems.

• LLM fine-tuning experience (LoRA / QLoRA).

• Experience with Amazon Connect and GenAI integrations.

• AWS AI/ML certifications are a plus.
