• Collaborate as part of a game development team to enhance live operations performance and boost game KPIs.

• Partner closely with product managers to convey intricate findings through effective data storytelling and impactful visual representations.

• Conduct statistical and graphical analyses for ongoing game performance evaluations and long-term KPI predictions.

• Design, oversee, and assess A/B tests and other experimental methodologies to gauge the impact of game features or live operations events.

• Establish efficient data visualizations, primarily utilizing Tableau.

• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration pipelines.

• More than 8 years of experience in a data-centric role within the gaming sector.

• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).

• Strong command of SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or analytics frameworks like dbt.

• Background in A/B testing, player segmentation, or predictive analytics.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the capability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
