Data Analyst, Finance and Operations

📋 Description

• Automation and support of operational, financial, and HR reporting in Tableau and Google Sheets.

• Setting up alerts for deviations in key business metrics.

• Optimization and scaling of existing reporting processes.

• Data reconciliation with external sources.

• Identifying discrepancies, analyzing causes, and ensuring metric accuracy.

• Ensuring a unified approach to calculating key indicators.

• Close collaboration with Fin, Ops, and HR teams.

• Clarifying needs and prioritizing requests.

• Translating business requirements into data tasks.

• Analyzing operational and financial metrics.

• Preparing conclusions and recommendations for the business based on data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of the fundamentals of financial and operational reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, OPEX, budgets, plan-fact analysis, key business metrics.

• Proficient in SQL and BI tools.

• Knowledge of mathematics and statistics.

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured reasoning.

• Flexibility and ability to work productively in uncertain conditions.

• Proactivity, initiative, and excellent communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience with Tableau.

• Automation in Google Sheets.

• Python for data processing and automating routine tasks.

• Experience with Databricks and dbt.
