• Assess, evaluate, and enhance the quality of outputs produced by multilingual text classifiers.

• Collaborate with linguistics and engineering teams to create and optimize language-specific parsers.

• Translate and verify taxonomy content, including Skills, Titles, and Occupations, from English to German (and/or German to English as required).

• Detect patterns in data inaccuracies and contribute to continuous improvements in rules, logic, and workflows.

• Clearly document observations and adhere to established processes to ensure consistency and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a similar field (preferred).

• Proficiency in reading and writing in both English and German, with a keen eye for linguistic details.

• Knowledge of syntax and structural language analysis.

• Competence in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, functions, and data cleansing).

• Familiarity with query languages such as SQL.

• Advanced skills in writing and debugging rules using RegEx.

• Understanding of text analysis, NLP, or foundational machine learning concepts.

• Experience in conducting data analysis utilizing tools like Excel and/or Python.

• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks while ensuring accuracy and focus.

• Capacity to follow complex instructions, navigate uncertainties, and work autonomously.

• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and time management skills.
