Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Designing database schemas to integrate information across all company systems

• Engaging in direct communication with both tech and non-tech teams to establish and uphold a Single Source of Truth

• Recognizing bottlenecks in team workflows and tasks, and automating them using n8n or Python scripts

• Creating interactive Power BI dashboards to track business efficiency, budgeting, and key HR metrics

• Offering technical support for the budgeting system, which consists of approximately 90 interconnected files, and steering the transition towards fully automated data solutions

• Converting business requirements into data language and assigning tasks for the development of new data sources and metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Data Analytics

• A strong aptitude for business process logic and the capability to digitize intricate workflows

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• A sharp eye for interpreting complex data

• A significant focus on HR, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization

• Advanced SQL skills: Proficiency in crafting complex queries and utilizing window functions

• Data Architecture & Design: Comprehensive knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH) principles

• Ability to create logical data schemas and translate business needs into clear Technical Specifications (TS) for Developers/Data Engineers

• Power BI Ecosystem: Advanced expertise in DAX and Power Query

• Experience in building scalable data models that integrate various sources

• Python for Automation: Skilled in writing scripts for data manipulation, ad-hoc reporting automation, and API integrations

• Advanced Google Sheets: Expertise in Google Apps Script (JavaScript) for swift custom solutions in agile automation contexts

• Nice to have: Workflow Automation: Strong logic in No-code/Low-code automation

• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, or Make to connect services and enhance internal business processes

• Understanding of AI: We expect you to utilize AI not just for basic tasks, but as a tool to boost the overall productivity of the department

• Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
