This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Serve as the primary owner and administrator for Gainsight (CS Edition).
β’ Ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and adherence to configuration standards.
β’ Manage C360 layouts, scorecards, health models, timelines, and the reporting structure.
β’ Establish and uphold governance, documentation, and best practices for administration.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain Rules Engine jobs, CTAs, Playbooks, Success Plans, lifecycle frameworks, Automated Programs, and triggers.
β’ Create and sustain dashboards and reports for Customer Success leadership, executives, CSMs, and Digital CS teams.
β’ Guarantee reporting accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with Salesforce admins and IT for Gainsight-Salesforce integration.
β’ Oversee schema changes, field mappings, and reference data.
β’ Act as a trusted systems partner for Customer Success, CS Operations, Product Marketing, and IT/Data teams.
β’ Collect requirements, propose solutions, and implement enhancements.
β’ Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success Operations, Systems Administration, or RevOps.
β’ At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Gainsight administration.
β’ Strong proficiency in: Rules Engine, C360 and Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, Success Plans, and Gainsight reporting and dashboards.
β’ Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and their integrations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage complex and scaled Customer Success workflows.
β’ Excellent communicator with a strong focus on documentation practices.
β’ Flexibility in work arrangements.
