Senior Functional Consultant – SAP HCM, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Planning headcount and forecasting personnel budgets

• Prepare estimates for employee-related expenses

• Assist with workforce planning

• Calculate PLR (Profit-Sharing and Results Participation)

• Configure or perform calculations in line with company policies

• Conduct payroll accounting activities

• Record payroll accounting entries

• Verify the accuracy of accounting entries post-processing

• Manage eSocial processing

• Possess extensive knowledge of eSocial obligations

• Validate and process labor, social security, and tax-related events

• Serve as an end-to-end payroll specialist

• Engage throughout the entire payroll cycle: onboarding; contract modifications; vacation; leaves/absences; payroll calculations; taxes and contributions; terminations/settlements; and closing and accounting integration.

• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Profile should be senior or specialist level

• Proficiency in Spanish is necessary, as support may be provided to Paraguay

• Required language proficiency: Advanced/Fluent Spanish
