Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements

• Facilitate workshops and design solutions

• Create functional documentation

• Configure workflows within Dynamics 365

• Assist Product Owners and teams

• Engage in testing, user acceptance (UAT), and initiatives for continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Understanding of process modeling

• Knowledge of managing leads, opportunities, and customers

• Proficiency in configuring entities, forms, business rules, and workflows

• Experience with Dataverse

• Understanding of integrations and APIs

• Background in Dynamics implementation and enhancement projects
