Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst – Dynamics 365, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead workshops for client discovery, conduct stakeholder interviews, and gather requirements.

• Facilitate the analysis of current and future state business processes.

• Create essential deliverables for discovery and business analysis, which include: process maps and swim lane diagrams, workflow and process documentation, user stories, epics, backlog refinement, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, gap fit analysis, and solution recommendations.

• Provide support for solution roadmaps and Statements of Work.

• Utilize Azure DevOps for managing requirements, administering the backlog, ensuring traceability, and coordinating tests.

• Employ AI-assisted tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and solution ideation.

• Design and configure solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to convert business requirements into functional designs.

• Engage in Agile project delivery and assist with user acceptance testing, test planning, training, and deployment readiness activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of practical experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions in a consulting or client-facing role.

• Demonstrated experience in leading discovery or Phase 0 engagements and facilitating workshops for business requirements.

• Extensive experience in producing business analysis artifacts such as workflows, swim lanes, user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and Dynamics 365 Field Service.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements traceability, user stories, and testing support.

• Experience in leveraging AI tools or Copilot to enhance business analysis, documentation, and solution delivery.

• Solid understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
