Senior Fullstack .NET Developer – AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and development of innovative solutions utilizing Generative Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to improve the shopping experience and management processes for our clients;

• Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) within our microservices-oriented architecture;

• Employ advanced AI methodologies including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning to ensure accurate and high-performance responses;

• Proactively research and suggest creative solutions that leverage AI to address genuine challenges faced by merchants and end users;

• Guarantee scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness of integrations with language models;

• Conduct code reviews, refactor code, and foster a culture of AI development and best practices throughout the team;

• Create unit and integration tests that emphasize the reliability of AI-generated responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and designing scalable system architectures;

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing solutions utilizing LLMs and their APIs;

• Profound knowledge of the web development stack: data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and HTTP communication;

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex);

• Practical experience in using and modeling vector databases;

• Proficient in technical English (essential for understanding up-to-date AI documentation);

• Recognize the importance of high-level development while also knowing when to optimize closer to the machine to resolve bottlenecks;

• A continuous learner mindset, as the AI landscape is rapidly evolving.
