Senior Fullstack Engineer, Rust, Typescript, Distributed Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• We are looking to hire 1–2 engineers to contribute to an internal product, Clairvo, an AI-driven calling platform developed by Dental Media Corp.

• Clairvo operates as a real-time telephony system: We connect with actual users over PSTN, bridge calls via LiveKit, and perform machine learning on live audio (transcription, scoring, copilots).

• You will engage in systems where calls occur in real-time, and failures are not merely theoretical.

• The work involves telephony combined with distributed state management.

• Your focus will include: A Rust development environment (Axum, Tokio, SQLx), event-driven architectures (Redis streams), Postgres (Aurora), Twilio SIP trunking, VoIP, LiveKit room lifecycle, a custom power-dialer kernel (both parallel and sequential state machines), and machine learning integrations (OpenAI, Bedrock, SageMaker, AssemblyAI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Rust and/or Typescript.

• Proven track record in developing backend or fullstack systems in a production environment.

• Strong understanding of Postgres (you are familiar with what a lock wait is).

• Comfortable working with concurrency, asynchronous systems, and handling partial failures.

• Capability to troubleshoot real-world production issues.

• Preferred: Experience with WebRTC, SIP, VoIP.

• Familiarity with AWS (EKS, ECS, Terraform).

• Proficiency in React (managing features from end to end).
