Senior Fullstack Engineer, React/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance in the design, integration, implementation, and transition of enterprise SaaS human services systems.

• Develop a versatile architectural design approach that supports configurability in data creation, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.

• Analyze integration requirements and formulate recommendations aligned with business goals, product roadmap, solution architecture, and technical considerations.

• Enhance platform functionality by utilizing cutting-edge frameworks and tools.

• Define and troubleshoot API integrations across various systems.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, partners, product managers, creative designers, platform architects, and software engineers.

• Acquire knowledge and work with advanced technologies.

• Implement systems that cater to the needs of vulnerable populations.

• Contribute to the standards of security, extensibility, reusability, and testing for system architecture and software specifications.

• Ensure code quality through thorough testing and adherence to best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Mentor junior engineers and disseminate knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Demonstrated, extensive hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production settings.

• Proficient in Java for multi-tier web application development.

• Proven experience in building and consuming GraphQL APIs, including schema design and client integration.

• Experience in developing microservices and complying with OpenAPI standards.

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Redshift, Apache Kafka, Lambda, and EMR.

• Experience leading significant IT application implementations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to identify obstacles.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, IT security architecture, and testing practices.

• Understanding of AWS/cloud deployment and scaling.

• Proficient in REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, and web development principles.

• Commitment to clean, efficient, and well-documented coding practices.

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and effective time management.

• Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
