Senior Fullstack Engineer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with PostgreSQL and vector extensions, or OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, to facilitate vectorized data storage that supports RAG pipelines.

• Create and construct AI agents and multi-agent systems utilizing frameworks like LangGraph and platforms such as AWS Bedrock.

• Assess and deploy efficient Generative AI solutions through direct API integrations when suitable.

• Design scalable architectures for intricate AI workflows and agent-based systems.

• Implement best practices in testing, CI/CD, and observability.

• Lead system design and architectural choices, ensuring both scalability and reliability.

• Provide mentorship to engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.

• Diagnose technical and infrastructure challenges to ensure peak performance.

• Foster innovation and deliver significant AI solutions while working within a distributed global team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in React.

• Capability to design user interfaces, components, and data structures.

• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Extensive experience in designing scalable APIs and backend systems.

• Practical experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Familiarity with vector databases or extensions like pg_vector, OpenSearch, or Pinecone.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, encompassing deployment and infrastructure management.

• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, including microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.

• Knowledge of Generative AI systems including LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI), embeddings, and RAG pipelines.

• Acquaintance with AI agent frameworks like LangGraph or similar.

• Experience with platforms such as AWS Bedrock or comparable LLM orchestration environments is an advantage.

• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including testing and CI/CD.

• Excellent problem-solving and system design abilities.

• Proficient in English communication skills.
