
Senior Fullstack Engineer – Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create, design, and maintain scalable and high-performance software for our AI-driven Corporate Governance platform.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to identify, prioritize, and implement essential features.
• Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and testing.
• Incorporate machine learning models and other AI tools to enhance governance workflows and introduce innovative functionalities.
• Maintain the quality and reliability of the platform by applying best practices in software development, conducting code reviews, and performing testing.
• Establish and uphold security best practices throughout the application, cloud environment, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations relevant to the LegalTech industry.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Must reside in Germany.
• Demonstrated experience in creating scalable and reliable software utilizing modern technologies and architectures.
• Proficient in our technology stack, which includes React (TypeScript) for the frontend and Node.js with Nest.js and PostgreSQL for the backend.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools like Github Actions.
• Enjoy working in an agile environment and take pleasure in shaping the agile software development process to enhance productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for creative and unconventional thinking.
• Passionate about innovation and motivated to make a significant impact in the legal technology field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of collaborative teamwork.
• Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced setting.
• A strong team-oriented attitude, relishing active participation in team events and engaging with colleagues.
