Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific area of the codebase, including its architecture, quality, technical debt, and future direction.

• Develop tests and deploy to production, remaining accountable for the outcomes thereafter.

• Utilize agentic tools on a daily basis, orchestrating AI to manage execution while concentrating on architecture, judgment, and quality.

• Partner with product managers to clarify requirements prior to the commencement of development.

• Incorporate tests as an integral part of the development process; every pull request must include tests for the new code it introduces.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Proficient in Python and Django/DRF, with practical experience in production-level Postgres under significant load.

• Hands-on experience with production-level React and TypeScript—not merely side projects or tutorials.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage a domain without micromanagement, covering architecture, code quality, test coverage, and technical debt.

• Self-motivated work ethic with direct collaboration with product managers, avoiding intermediary layers.

• Experience with multi-tenant systems, handling high-volume data, or navigating complex data pipelines.

• Proficiency in Russian as the primary working language; English at a professional working level.

• Regular use of AI and agentic tools within your development workflow, or a strong willingness and capacity to quickly adopt them.
