Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and scale the core platform — encompassing backend APIs and data layers to contemporary, high-performance user interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, quality assurance, and project management teams to deliver features that seamlessly integrate usability, reliability, and intelligent automation.

• Create and maintain scalable backend and frontend functionalities utilizing TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, and PostgreSQL.

• Develop robust APIs and backend logic, adhering to strong performance and security principles.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, including data modeling, service design, and performance optimization strategies.

• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into product features through APIs, embeddings, vector stores, or other interfaces.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Project Management to grasp requirements and formulate technical solutions.

• Assist QA in debugging, testing, and verifying complex scenarios.

• Uphold strong CI/CD practices to ensure predictable and safe releases.

• Identify and mitigate technical debt and architectural friction points.

• Ensure the platform remains intuitive, fast, and reliable for creators and agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in fullstack engineering.

• Strong expertise in: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.

• Comprehensive understanding of backend and frontend architecture.

• Familiarity with SaaS systems, CI/CD, and modern development methodologies.

• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities (such as OpenAI, embeddings, vector stores, agents, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn rapidly.

• Background in fast-paced startup environments with a culture focused on ownership.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and creating impactful, user-centric products.
