Senior Fullstack Developer – Vender+: CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve features for customer segmentation and tracking of customer history.

• Design and enhance loyalty programs, including cashback and coupon offerings.

• Integrate digital communication platforms to support marketing campaigns for restaurants.

• Construct and enhance customer profiles to tailor offers and communications.

• Analyze consumer purchase behavior data to guide the development of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Backend development experience in PHP using Symfony, GraphQL, and Node.js, with PostgreSQL as the main relational database and Redis utilized in various parts of the stack.

• Frontend skills in Angular and React.

• Proficiency with AWS, particularly in utilizing SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, specifically Docker.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience in developing CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing features in a production environment.

• Experience integrating digital communication channels on a large scale.

• Background in consumer-facing product development.

• Ability to analyze behavioral data and convert insights into actionable product decisions.
