Senior Fullstack Developer – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Serve as a technical reference for development teams and requirements analysts.

• Offer technical guidance to developers regarding coding best practices, testing, and design.

• Conduct code reviews and standardize development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in backend development using Java EE (EJB) and RESTful APIs.

• Comprehensive knowledge of frontend development (Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript).

• Strong skills in algorithm structuring (preferably using streams, map, reduce).

• Proficient in SQL with experience in DB2 and SQL Server.

• Familiarity with software architecture, particularly common design patterns and microservices.

• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, and Maven.

• Knowledge of code quality and analysis tools (SonarQube, unit testing).

• Experience with observability (logs, metrics, traces, and APMs).

• Acquainted with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Excellent communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Ability to mentor technically and develop team members.

• Understanding of data modeling and relational databases.

• A systemic perspective and ability to make technical decisions based on business value.

• Java certification (considered an advantage).

• Experience with financial or banking systems (considered an advantage).
